Details: Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview: Actively coordinates marketing projects to support company initiatives with regard to integrated marketing communications programs for North America.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager, Director of Sales-Moulding Division, National Sales Manager-Home Décor Division and Trade Show Coordinator to successfully execute company’s trade show and showroom programs.
• Coordinate New Product Development and Launch Coordination of new product for multiple launches in each product category on an annual basis. This includes: Assisting Design Team with product development as well as overseeing, managing and providing spec sheets on all new home décor introductions
• Coordinate special projects where required: for example market surveys, e-mail blasts, direct mail campaigns.
• Work with Trade Show Coordinator to provide Trade Show and Showroom Support which will include coordinating Pre-show Programs, Paperwork, Follow Up, Data Base Management and Lead Tracking.
• Work with Trade Show Coordinator to ensure that moulding and home decor samples are ordered and delivered. Ensure that promotional activities and/or advertising materials are available at the shows.
• Work with Trade Show Coordinator to ensure that all show sample orders shipping are tagged and priced.
• Follow up on show orders with key warehouse staff to ensure timely execution of each order.
• Work with Trade Show Coordinator to prepare attendance for all shows as well as ordering all badges for entry.
• Preparation of supplies, i.e. price books, order forms etc. for all shows including any items specified by the show manager.
• The complete management of all showroom and showroom samples, including giftware, wall décor and gift accessories.
• Run and analyze various reports periodically as required (Item rank reports, sales reports etc).
• Update web site where required to do so.
• Assist Project manager with sample supply for photo shoots.
• Up to date inventory control of all sales and marketing materials, supplies and giftware samples for Field Sales Teams.
• Manage procedures for stocking and inventory control of marketing materials at warehouse locations.
• Keeping a logbook listing of the weekly status on projects to be discussed at weekly Marketing meetings.
• Lead and assist in day-to-day Marketing & Sales activities. i.e. mailing, labels, showroom care.
• Provide soft and hard deadlines on all projects. (Including printing dates, arrival dates, shipping dates, etc if applicable)
• Relieve Reception/Switchboard when needed.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of local Trade Shows.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience. College diploma required. University degree preferred. Computer applications, Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Organize and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate diplomacy and fairness in decision-making and problem solving.
• Collect, compile, and analyze market research information. Log activities and participate in meetings. Travel if necessary.
Details: Communications Coordinator
Provide support and assistance to the Marketing team as required to support strategic company objectives and initiatives across North America.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Marketing Manager and the Sales teams on special projects as required.
• Provide assistance with the design, development and delivery of all marketing communications & materials for all product lines including on-line and traditional methods such as:
- Direct mail
- E-mail marketing (e-blasts, e-vites, e-newsletters)
- Events and sponsorships
- Collateral (catalogues, price lists, sell sheets, etc.)
- Social media strategies and tactics
- Customer satisfaction analysis (surveys)
• Co-ordinate advertising activities; ie. liaise with trade publications, create and manage submission of ad materials, etc.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate web site initiatives and day to day management of content/changes.
• Prepare and distribute communication updates internally and externally as required, eg. status reports, contact reports, etc.
• Prepare, manage and reconcile project budgets.
• Work with external vendors to source and negotiate detailed cost estimates.
• Proofread all print and digital material – accuracy and high quality.
• Assist with corporate projects such as Open Houses, VIP Events.
• Work as part of a team (internal and external stakeholders) – printers, copywriters, photographers, account managers, web developers, designers, marketing specialists.
• Relieve Reception/Switchboard when needed.
• Assist with public relations and the writing of press releases.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
• Post secondary education with focus on Marketing or related discipline combined with at least 2 years of professional experience in a marketing capacity.
• Sound understanding of Marketing principles.
• Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to Marketing.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Details: Sales Coordinator
Position Overview: Reporting to the Marketing Manager the primary responsibility of this position is to provide marketing support and administrative assistance to the Sales department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team.
• Coordinate the distribution of all sales and marketing tools such as fliers, price lists, postcards, stickers, presentation display boards, binders, etc.
• Prepare specified monthly reports of sales summary for Director of Sales.
• Run and analyze other various reports periodically as required (Item rank reports, chain account reports etc).
• Coordinate and process all sales department requests for samples, cases, catalogs and other support materials.
• Work with Trade Show Coordinator to provide Trade Show and Showroom support.
• Assist the Design Team on an as needed basis.
• Coordinate and prepare all Cycle activity support materials (New Product launch sample boards and sell sheets, for example).
• Maintain key account files, and support all key account development activities and programs.
• Distribute monthly Sales Representatives Commission Reports.
• Send out and monitor various leads lists.
• Draft and distribute letters, memos, notices, and correspondence as required.
• Coordinate and assist in preparation of meetings, projects and events.
• Maintain and update Manager Travel schedules on the R Drive.
• Receive, review, sort and distribute all marketing and sales department incoming mail as needed.
• Relieve Reception as needed.
• Assist with database updates and testing.
• Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary school studies (certificate/diploma) in Business Administration is an asset.
• A minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services (i.e. sales and/or marketing environment, supporting a fast-paced team).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Excellent judgment and strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, email, SAP, Internet search tools and general computer usage proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing client relationships in the territory of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. The ideal candidate would reside in the Dallas area.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Present, recommend and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Work with marketing and sales managers to recommend product ideas, promotions, customer needs, and customer concerns.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts as required.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships to generate sales.
