In our mission to Move, Inspire and WOW, we at Roma Moulding would like to ensure that you are truly happy with your purchase.  If you receive your order and you are not completely satisfied with the product, returning it is just as easy as ordering it!

Simply follow these quick and easy steps:

Damaged Package:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we kindly ask that you please REFUSE the delivery and note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.  Once completed, please proceed to contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 1 800 263 2322 to report the damage.  Our team will then arrange for any necessary replacements or returns to ensure your utmost satisfaction!

Damaged Product:
If your package arrives and you discover that your Roma product is damaged, kindly contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 1 800 263 2322 to report any damages.  Our team will then arrange for any necessary replacements or returns to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

You may return product items to Roma Moulding for a return or exchange within 90 days of your purchase.  Roma reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges.

Roma Moulding products cannot be returned or replaced under the following conditions:

  • Product has been deemed altered or adjusted from its original state.
  • If damage occurs due to the use of a mitre chopper.
  • If an improper joining method is used to join any mitred chop order, including the use of vice grips or clamps. (We always recommend that each mitred corner is assembled individually in a sequential manner until the frame is completed.)
