Collection of Information
This Site collects a variety of personal data.
Data such as name, title, company name, address, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers, and other information may be collected from You in order for RM to respond to a request for information about a product/service or about RM. If You contact RM, we may keep a record of that correspondence. RM will ask You for personal data when You report a problem with the Site. RM may also occasionally ask You to complete surveys that we may use for research purposes.
As part of the membership registration process, RM will collect personal data to record the identity of each customer or prospective customer, as well as each authorized employee of such customer to whom a login and password will be issued. The data may include: full name, title, company name, address, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers, and other required information. In addition, Full Members, as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use, are required to complete an Online Ordering Agreement in which banking or other financial information associated with the extension of credit may be collected by RM.
Before any of the above noted data are collected, You will be told the purpose for which the data will be used and have the choice of whether to provide such data to RM. If such information is required, and if You decide not to provide such information, You will not be able to fully use the features of the Site.
This Site does not use “cookie” technology, but does log IP addresses and browser information for purposes of system administration, identifying technical difficulties, evaluating traffic patterns and usage of this Site, and otherwise providing content relevant to visitors to this Site.
Use, Disclosure, and Transfer of Personal Data
RM reserves the right to use aggregated data (data that is not individually identifiable). Such aggregate uses could include, but are not limited to, web activity reporting and otherwise meeting RM’s marketing and business objectives.
Accessing, Modifying, or Removing Your Information
Under applicable laws, statutes, regulations, or ordinances, You may have the right to (i) check whether RM holds personal data about You, (ii) access such personal data, and (iii) correct any personal data about You that is inaccurate, or (iv) request that personal data be deleted from RM’s files.
If the information You provide through registration changes or becomes inaccurate, or if You would like RM to delete Your registration from the RM database, please send an e-mail message to [email protected] and include Your full name, Your login name, and Your phone number in the body of the message.

Login name and Password Protection
All personal data that You provide in the member registration process is associated with and protected by a login name and password. To change Your password, or if You forget Your password, You must contact [email protected].
RM reserves the right to change login names and passwords at any time to protect the security of this Site. To help protect Your information, You must:
Keep Your login name and password confidential; and Contact us immediately at [email protected] if You know or suspect that Your login name or password has been compromised.

This policy is intended to provide the overarching framework to guide the review and development of other Roma Moulding policies, standards, procedures, By-laws and guidelines to comply with the standards developed under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
This policy applies to all Roma team members and any individual or organization that provides goods, and/or services on behalf of Roma Moulding, in accordance with the legislation. Our facilities in the USA do not fall within this Ontario provincial statute, and thus this policy is not applicable. However, all the offices and facilities are committed to the spirit and intent of the AODA.
Roma facilities, products and services are to be available to people with disabilities in a manner that:
- Is free from discrimination
- Accessible formats and communication supports
- Provides an opportunity equitable to others to obtain, use and benefit from the goods and /or services and;
- Takes into account the person’s disability
Roma Moulding under the AODA is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities.
Establishment of Accessibility Plans and Policies
Roma Moulding shall produce a multi-year Accessibility Plan as required. The plan will be posted on the Roma Wiki (Company intranet) and Roma website. It will be made available in an accessible format and with communication supports, upon request. The Accessibility Plan shall be reviewed and, if necessary, updated at least every five (5) years.
Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
Except otherwise provided by the AODA, Roma Moulding shall, upon request, and in consultation with the person making the request, provide or make arrangements to provide accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities. Accessible formats and communication supports shall be provided in a timely manner, taking into account the person’s accessibility needs and at a cost that is no more than regular cost charged to other persons, in accordance with the Accessibility Formats and Communication Supports Procedures.
This does not apply to products and product labels, unconvertible information or communications and information that Roma Moulding does not control directly or indirectly through contractual relationships. If it is determined that information or communications are unconvertible, the department shall provide the person requesting the information or communication with:
- An explanation as to why the information /communication are inconvertible;
- A summary of the unconvertible information/communication
Procurement of Goods, Services and Facilities
When procuring goods, services and/or facilities, Roma Moulding shall incorporate accessibility criteria and features, unless it is not feasible (practicable). If not practicable, Roma Moulding shall provide an explanation, upon request.
All Roma Team Members providing goods and services to members of the public on Roma Moulding’s behalf will receive accessibility training.
This training will include:
- A review and purpose of the AODA and the requirements of the accessibility Standards for customer service (Ontario Regulation 429/07) and instruction about the following matters:
- How to interact with persons with disabilities who use an assistive device or require the assistance of a guide dog or other service animal or the assistance of a support person
- How to use equipment or devices available on the provider’s premises or otherwise provided by the provider that may help with the provision of goods or services to a person with a disability;
- What to do if a person with a particular type of disability is having difficulty accessing the provider’s goods or services; and
- A review of the requirements of the accessibility standards referred to in the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards (Ontario Regulation 191/11) and on the Human Rights Code as it pertains to persons with disabilities.
The training provided shall be appropriate to the duties of the Roma Team Member. Training shall take place as soon as is practicable and upon completion, Roma Moulding shall keep a record of the training provided including the dates on which the accessibility training took place.
Feedback on how the services were delivered to people with disabilities shall be invited, forwarded to the appropriate leader, responded to, documented and tracked. Feedback will be accepted in accessible formats and with other communication supports as required.
