Join In & Make A Difference

Roma Wish is our way of giving back to not only the communities
we live and play in, but also the whole world we all share. Thanks to
the generous support of our team members, partners, family
and friends we’ve been able to profoundly affect many lives
through Roma Wish. We are extremely excited to invite our partners, for the first time ever, to join in on the mission to make an even larger impact.

This August, the largest Roma Wish Team yet is heading to New Orleans,
Louisiana for our 2016 mission. Read on to learn more!

Hurricane Katrina

Early in the morning on August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast of the United States, stretching some 400 miles. The storm itself did a great deal of damage, but its aftermath was catastrophic. Levee breaches led to massive flooding, and hundreds of thousands of people in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama were displaced from their homes.

Making a Difference

We are extremely excited and humbled to donate our time, resources and energy to make an impact on the people whose lives have been so largely destroyed. Our tasks will include working in schools and community centers, building and beautifying activity facilities and outdoor learning centers. We will create and maintain fruit and vegetable gardens for students and staff, sometimes providing the only meals they will eat all day.
