Over the last week, we have worked alongside group of highly technical engineers, offering security expertise, to audit our current IT and networking infrastructure. The objectives of the audit were to assess the current state of cyber security at Roma Moulding and to ensure our data remains protected by having a proper process and framework in place that meets the highest established standards and procedures. We will continue to invest in key infrastructure upgrades to meet the challenges of real world security risks today and into the future.

Our teams have worked tirelessly throughout the weekend to restore our Phone Infrastructure, Customer Care Centre and our SAP System Infrastructure. We are happy to announce that we currently able and ready to fully process your orders.

It is important to note that no data was copied, removed, or stolen from any of our data centres or servers. We are happy to confirm that the security breach did not effect any personal employee or partner information including: shipping and/or billing addresses, names, credit card information or any other personal identifiable information.
While a small percentage of data has been damaged, our team is currently working with partners to resolve any outstanding issues.

We truly value your business and respect the privacy of your information, which is why, as a precautionary measure, we are writing to let you know about a data security incident that may have involved some of your information.
On Friday March 23rd, 2018 at approximately 8:00am EST, our security systems identified an extremely sophisticated cyber attack in progress being mounted against Roma Moulding’s digital infrastructure. We took a variety of aggressive measures against the threat to protect our business and our customers, including further hardening our IT infrastructure. We also immediately began an extensive investigation of the attack and are working closely with the appropriate authorities to rectify the situation immediately.
The data accessed our main servers, all access to telephone and email servers, and all and any production orders and back end SAP system infrastructure. To our knowledge, the data accessed did not include any personal employee or partner information including: shipping and/or billing addresses, names, credit card information or any other personal identifiable information.
Roma Moulding values your privacy and heavily regrets that this incident occurred. As we continue to conduct a thorough review of the potentially affected servers and systems, it is our highest priority to notify you if there are any significant developments.
We take our role in safeguarding your personal information and using it in an appropriate manner very seriously. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to rectify the situation. Our internal team has been working round the clock with our professional external firms to ensure we have implemented additional security measures designed to prevent a recurrence of such an attack, and to protect the privacy of our valued partners, employees and suppliers.
We have been successful in restoring our phone system; therefore, we are able to accept your calls and orders. We are working diligently to restore our email and back end SAP systems to ensure full restoration by Monday March 26th, at 8:00am EST.
