How do I create an online account?

Creating a Roma Moulding account is easy. Select the log in option at the top right-hand corner of the home page, then select “create an account” and enter your account details. Here is the link https://www.romamoulding.com/register/.

Help! I forgot my password.

If you already have an account registered on our website and forgot your password: simply enter your username on the log in screen and then click forgot your password. An email will be sent to you with a temporary new password. (if you don’t see it, check your junk folder) We recommend that you immediately log in and change your password.

If you continue to have challenges with this, please reach out to our customer care team and we can have your password reset.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password under your account profile. Go to your profile and simply type in the new password you want to use, then click “update.”

Can I change my account information (e.g. shipping location) online?

At this time, this is not an option. You must change all account information with our accounting team and with the representative that has been assigned to your account. You can do this by contacting your representative or by reaching out to customer care.

How can I reference my past purchases?

You can view past invoices under your account on our website at www.romamoulding.com. Once you sign in, hover over your name in the top right corner of the screen. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on “Invoices History.”

If there is a specific purchase that you are looking for that you’re unable to find or you need other assistance, please speak with our customer care team.

How can I delete my account?

To delete an account, you will need to speak with our accounting team. Contact customer care and they can direct you appropriately.
