Why Do I need a Roma Moulding Account to Order?
As a wholesaler, Roma Moulding does not sell directly to the public. If you are interested in purchasing Roma products, but you aren’t an authorized Roma Partner, we’re happy to help you find a custom frame shop, gallery, gift shop, home décor shop, or furniture store in your area where you can purchase our products.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
For website orders: An immediate email confirmation is sent once an order has been placed.
For email orders: You will receive an email response confirming the order from one of our customer care team members.
We can also set up automatic order acknowledgement for all orders on your account. Just ask one of our customer care representatives to set you up in our ordering system.
What if I need to cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled if production has not yet begun. Production times in our warehouse can vary depending on a number of factors, so if you need an order cancelled, contact our customer care team immediately to determine if your particular order is still within the cancellation window.
