All Eligible partners qualify for:
- 8% Freight Concession on moulding
- 5% Freight Concession on photo frames
*All concession cannot exceed the value of the actual freight cost
Premiere Partners:
- 10% Freight Concession on moulding
- 5% Freight Concession on photo frames
*All concession cannot exceed the value of the actual freight cost
Exclusions:
- Roma Elite, Roma Mirror, Save on Roma, Ready to Hang
- Simply Roma Box Program
- LTL Freight Shipments (Packages over 150 pounds, or over 165 inches in length and girth combined)
Details:
- Rerouted items will receive freight concession if original order meets minimum
- Items awaiting replenishment will receive freight concession if original order meets minimum
- Shipping Costs are calculated at time of shipping and are final once the order has been invoiced
- Any add-ons to orders would need to re-qualify for the minimum requirement
- Residential deliveries are available at applicable residential rates
- Expedited Shipping is available at applicable expedited rates
- Simply Roma Box Orders to continue to receive 5% Freight concession across all states (not to exceed actual freight cost)

* Note:
- To qualify as a Premier Partner, partners must have placed over $30,000 in orders during the previous calendar year, and must reside in states where the Freight Program is applicable.

- Packages over 150 pounds, over 108 inches in length or over 165 inches in length and girth combined.
Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping costs are calculated at time of shipping and are final once the order has been invoiced.
- Any add-ons to orders would need to re-qualify daily for the freight program threshold.
- Drop Shipments: If a partner qualifies for freight concessions under this program, and wishes to drop ship an order outside of their home state, freight charges will apply.
- For areas not eligible for the freight program, we continue to offer a 5% freight allowance on orders of Simply Roma box (not to exceed actual freight amount).
- Residential deliveries are available at applicable residential rates.
- Expedited Shipping is available at applicable expedited rates.
