Reporting to:National Sales Leader & CEO

Location:Toronto, Canada

Roma Moulding is seeking a dynamic sales professional with B2B sales expertise and experience in the signage industry. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results-driven, and actively pursue new customer acquisition. The Sales Lead will promote and sell our signage printing and fulfillment services to businesses across Canada. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Toronto.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • • Aggressively identify, develop and follow potential sales leads
  • • Promote/sell/secure sales from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for Roma’s services
  • • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • • Develop unique sales strategies to help meet sales goals
  • • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales leadership, accounting, logistics groups
  • • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts as required
  • • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • • Maintain industry knowledge by staying up to date with latest trends


  • • Previous B2B Sales Experience required (3-5 years)
  • • Experience in the signage industry is an asset
  • • Post-Secondary education required
  • • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • • Ability to develop relationships and create and deliver presentations
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • • This position requires some overnight travel and a valid driver's license
  • • Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule


Working Conditions:

  • • This is a full-time position that is remote
  • • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • • Ability to travel both on the road and air
