Peter and his work on many occasions are not recognized because much of his roll is working behind the scenes. Whether it is supplying information to the WEB, creating complex reports and integration with other systems – internal or external customers, we admired his attention to detail, strong principles in delivering accurate results, and use of best practices in development in which he would never compromise. Jason is not only the leader of the marketing department but an amazing friend and steady source of support and encouragement. From his first day as a Roma family member, Jason has made a difference in the personal and professional lives of so many team members here. He is never too busy or too far away to share his wealth of wisdom and knowledge, and lend a helping hand however he can. He is the first person to go up to bat for me and the last person to stay to ensure projects are completed and people are happy. He inspires me to go above and beyond each day and to reach my full potential.

Our partners often comment on how much they appreciate Roma's "can do" personnel in Los Angeles. If it’s at all possible it will be done and problems are resolved quickly. Los Angeles definitely has the WOW factor and our partners are thrilled with how they execute Roma Family Core Value #9, “Deliver Transparent, Open and Honest Communication.” Through their commitment and drive Roma Los Angeles delivers happiness and creative solutions to our team and most importantly our business partners.

Gordon lives by all of our Core Values. In the times I've worked with him he has displayed a tremendous amount of patience, sincerity, thoroughness and thoughtfulness.
Although I don't work out of head office, in the time I’ve gotten to know him he’s always been an upbeat, organized team player and totally inline with all of our Family Core Values but especially #9 Deliver Transparent, Open and Honest Communication.
Not only does she support the Marketing Department but she also supports ALL the reps out in the field. She also did an AWESOME job putting together everything for the WCAF Show. During all the events at the WCAF we were privileged to experience, she was constantly asking if we were o.k., did we need anything. She is always worrying about everyone else, to insure they are having the best time, experience, etc.., whether we are getting on a bus, getting in line for dinner, or waiting for a cocktail, she will make sure everyone is taken care of. She certainly lives our core value #3 by delivering happiness to all she comes in contact with.

I joined Roma after a move to Denver, 1000 miles away from my friends, and almost another 1000 the other direction from my family. I knew absolutely nobody in the Denver area other than my husband. I will admit, it was a difficult move to leave my friends and start new somewhere so far from the people I love.
Of course I have made connections with my clients, but one of the things that has really made the difference for me in this move has actually been my almost daily interaction with Customer Care.
With Jen and Kevin, it's not just talking to a familiar voice, it's the laughter and the smile that I always hear on the other end of the line. It's the little exchanges of jokes in email and the geeky small-talk on Facebook. I barely know them, but I would buy them a beer in a heartbeat.
I've had a lot of contact with Customer Care people over the years and usually, it's all business. Flat, monotone, order taking, business. With ours, I hear the smile. I get the sense and feeling that they want to talk to me, and while in the grand scheme of things that may seem like a very small item, it makes a huge difference in my daily experience and softened my move across the country.
Our jobs in the field can't function without stock, and Joey, so humbley seems to not take much credit for what he does to allow us to hang on to orders because of his efforts. There are so many orders that would be lost if full and complete orders were not being shipped out of our different locations.
Again, for him to set goals for himself and his team that seem to be WAY above industry standards and to achieve or be very close is mindblowing!
